What does "J29" mean anyway?

Hi there. Welcome to the J29 blog! We will be posting random thoughts here about all things marketing; Digital Media, Social Media, TV, Best Practices and some other stuff as we go along.

I wanted to my first blog entry here to be about J29. We didn't choose a cool, catchy marketing name like SHARK TOOTH MEDIA or KNIFE EDGE Digital (my apologies to Shark Tooth or Knife Edge if you actually exist). We chose something that was near and dear to us.

If you look at the logo on the right hand side, you will see J29:11 in blue font (BTW, thanks Red Lime Creative for such a cool logo) The "J" stands for Jeremiah and the 29:11 stands for the verse and chapter located in Jeremiah in the Bible. In its entirety, the verses read; "For I know the plans I have for you declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you HOPE and a future." (NIV Bible)

For us, we believe that God Almighty has given us everything. His PLAN is to PROSPER us and give us HOPE for the FUTURE...which is VERY COOL.
